Vincent Lo; Houston, Texas Office

Experience and Background

Mr. Lo is an attorney in Mr. Schwartz's Houston office. He is bilingual and is fluent in Chinese. Since joining the office, he has represented clients in law suits involving:

  • automobile collisions;
  • business litigation;
  • criminal cases in state court;
  • immigration matters;
  • medical malpractice;
  • personal injury; and
  • toxic tort litigation arising from industrial environmental emissions.

Mr. Lo was born in Macau in 1950. He graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas in 1977, and went on to receive a Masters of Science in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota in 1980. He received his law degree from the South Texas School of Law in 1993. Mr. Lo is a member of the Aquinas Honor Society. He has been in private practice since he graduated from law school. Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Lo worked as the head of an analytical chemistry laboratory for a major international corporation.

Mr. Lo is a member of both the State Bar of Texas (1997) and the State Bar of Minnesota (1998). He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association as well as a member of the American Bar Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
